For the past week I’ve felt physically sick with dread at what we might be facing. Scared for family and friends health, how we will cope food/supplies wise, children’s education and the loss of our normal everyday life.
I really need some tips on how to cope with this. I feel like crying every minute of the day but I can’t as have a child to look after, family to look after. I feel I am making myself ill but I don’t know how to go about controlling my anxiety.
Does anyone have any advice for mentally coping with what is going on?
