Cancelling holiday transfer booked via Holiday Extras

I've just gone to cancel my booked transfer with Holiday Extras. They are only offering me a voucher valid for 18 months. Does anyone know if this is standard?

Hi, have you had any joy with this?
I have had problems with them for the last 6 weeks or so and have now finally been promised a refund.
