Food Deliveries

We are meant to be self isolating as per the guidelines, however we didn't do 'panic buying' so only bought the amount of food we needed (we budget and meal plan).

With no online deliveries available (or drive through click and collect) we are going to have no choice but to break the isolation and go to supermarkets. Anyone else getting to this point?

No! I rang round small local shops and cafes and found many are now doing deliveries. I made a list and shared it on Facebook to help others also.

We have milk and more for bread and milk, but that site is down now too. Will have a look at local shops but we are used to once a week shops at Aldi.

I would check your Facebook. As an example I live in a village. The local shop have set up delivery’s for people who can’t get out. So maybe check the Facebook page for your local area

Yes see if you can ask friends and neighbours, if you don’t know any, check Facebook or even the council website as support groups are being set up all over.

Small shops in my area are offering delivery. It us worth ringing round a few in your area and see if they will help.

Also there are local facebook pages where people are offering to shop for others who can not get out. It is worth checking this out too.
