Brother works in China. Teacher. Left China for Chinese New Year. Went to Thailand, now managed to get a flight to the uk as he can't get back into China

DS is going back to China from Thailand, via Laos. He's also a teacher. His colleagues who stayed say that life is becoming normal again.

I have friends who've just returned to Shanghai from Thailand. They're quarantined for 2 weeks, because of having travelled, but sounds like life is slowly returning to normal there (apart from being able to see a blue sky for the first time ever due to lack of pollution!)
