People are idiots. Since the school closed here, my job is layed off, I haven't went out much as social gathering are shut down.
DP is working they are out the door with people shopping, for electronics not food.
Teenage groups hanging around shopping centres as off school.
We'll have to follow Italy's police army run lock down. It's crazy but not forever.

I'll also judge idiots like this for the fact that any who were injured/hurt may have taken up the the time of emergency services. And potentially exposed them to the virus just so they could get pissed.

The police and army are on the streets in my MIL's country in Europe, yes, they issue fines, have a word with people out for no reason, everyone is on lockdown and that's that! Allowed out for food shopping and to go to work and you have to prove with evidence that's where you are going. This is not Italy by the way.

My daughter is a student stuck in her uni flat in Liverpool and she could not believe all the noise of large groups in the streets.
Pubs etc need to be closed now.

In my nearest city they foresaw this and kept all pubs and clubs closed all day and night yesterday.

This coronavirus is an endless story of the UK realising stuff about a week after everyone else does.

Of course the police and military will be on the streets immediately making examples of people by fining them. When governments declare a state of emergency, the rules change pretty quickly.
