Childcare for health workers when schools close

So my DS goes to a childminder. If the schools close my DH (teacher) will be able to look after him while I work from home. So essentially I wont need the childminder. Can I give the childminder place to a healthcare worker (I'm still happy to pay for the hours)? If so, how could I go about organising this (I.e. finding someone in need of the place)? And will the childminder be allowed to stay open- this might give her more of a chance if the child minding is essential for a NHS worker. Can she apply for this?

Sorry, I dont expect anyone to have the answers here but thought we could brainstorm how it might be possible as it would help out childminders (who wont get paid if they close) and healthcare workers
