Cash grants for small businesses

Any thoughts on a criteria to apply for this?

I have a business, I pay VAT and have 2 employees. I am not a limited company. I am self employed.

Any ideas if I would qualify.

I will obviously speak with my accountant but though I would put it out there.

The details will be available soon I guess. They said it will be set up by next week

I read something which mentioned it would apply to those who are eligible for reduced business rates, which implies home based businesses wouldn't get it.

I think it may have changed since then as I think business rates are now free for 12 months.
