In vulnerable group but have 3 kids in school so how do I keep myself safe?

I'm asthmatic, in and out of hospital over the years every time I get a chest infection.
My brain is in a spin trying to figure out how to keep myself safe, in fact I'm that stressed today my chest feels tight & wheezy.
I can stay at home for the next 12 weeks no problem but I have 3 children at 2 different schools, the eldest gets the bus to and from and is in her GCSE year.
Middle one in yr 6 generally walks there and back.
Littlest one is my grandson and he has additional needs so I drive him their and back.
Plus husband who has to work and will need to do shopping, collect medication etc
I can't isolate myself from them all for the next 12 weeks so what do I do?
Pull them from school for 12 weeks?
Tell my husband not to go to work?
Let them carry on as normal but tell them not to come near me...though the littlest would never manage that?
I feel sick with worry and cant figure out what to do for the best, how are people managing this?

With this new guidance you need to take the youngest 2 out of school from tomorrow - that's now part of isolating your household. I'm also in a vulnerable group and for me the new guidance gave me the trigger to take my kids out of school from today. Otherwise they could bring the virus home any day.

GCSE year I'd call his school for specific advice on how he can be taken out of school without disrupting Gcses.

I think your husband can continue to do shopping with hygiene precautions. Can he arrange to work from home?

Unfortunately it's not possible for him to work from home but I shall take the rest if your advice on board, thank you x
