'vulnerable' school staff being sent home

I am now aware of several school staff with 'underlying' health needs that have been sent home today/told they will finish today, does this signal the end of schools sometime soon?

Why have you put 'vulnerable' and 'underlying' in quotation marks for? Confused
Yes I think it will, added to entire households needing to isolate for 14 days.

Our school has said it wouid close under 3 circumstances:

a) temporarily, if a deep clean is required
b) if directed to by the government, or
c) if staff absences meant the school cannot operate safely

Staff absences are really quite likely to close schools, either entirely, or partially (maybe keeping going big just for those taking public exams going if they can)

Hopefully schools will be able to run a skeleton staff for frontline workers children only.

No problem I thought you were being doubtful about their conditions!
