Ok, not impossible but difficult. The remote servers are, predictably, having issues so I can’t get onto the network. So I’m using webmail, but of course I can’t access the shared drives or intranets.
I know it’s a small thing in the wider context! I get severely anxious though and this is just adding to it. I’ve asked several times what we’re meant to do if the tech isn’t working and had no clear response. I’m on a laptop; we have a PC but DH is using it as his work requires massive processing power. Besides which it makes no difference if it’s the remote server that’s having problems.
I feel like I’m about to have a panic attack, please talk me down!!! PS mindfulness and meditation do not help. I’ve tried. I have ADHD and can’t slow my mind down enough
