Just thought it may be helpful to start a MH thread with some ideas for distraction techniques, lockdown or isolation activities, etc. Netflix series, good books?
Mine:
I run when my mind threatens to explode, which has the effect of a brain massage for me
Walk the dog in the woods nearby with music/podcasts
Cook and bake (and eat)
Online clothes browsing, although planning on putting a stop to this as it seems far too frivolous
Halfway through Bad Girls on Netflix which is ace and very easy watching
