This article from Mind has some very good advice and ideas for dealing with worries and coping with social distancing or self-isolation (whether you have any mental health issues or not) - hope it might be helpful:

Work sent this link round to everyone today as we’ve all been told to wfh for the foreseeable. I know I’m going to struggle with this so found the advice really helpful. I’m feeling more positive about the whole situation now!
