Should I stick to the governments advice here?

I work in a call centre (non essential customer services) and I’m really of the viewpoint I shouldn’t go in. The place is full of colds and flu’s on a regular day and my DM is immune compromised and her husband has heart disease and asthma. For the most part family help with childcare (not DM but family who shop for her) while I’m on shift and if my work becomes rife with CV me and DD will no doubt be carriers.

Isolation would massively impact my mental health but I think I’d prefer that over potentially causing someone’s death.

Am I being ridiculously paranoid? Should I continue with work as planned and as the government suggest?
