What's the situation atm in Wuhan and Italy?

As above, does anyone know what's happening in bothe these places. Is Wuhan controlled? Is it at slowing down?

Yes, largely suppressed in Wuhan after massive lockdown effort. See link above. The problem is that as soon as they relax restrictions it could rear its ugly head again

Yes this is the thing I don't understand, are all the cases that are happening now in Italy from before they went into lockdown? That's quite a while ago now, given symptoms can come on average 5 days
