Any news on cruise ships

My cousin and his wife are on a caribbean cruise (they set off before anyone knew how bad things were) and we'd been getting regular updates until Friday but heard nothing since. Can't remember which company they've gone with but last heard they weren't allowed to dock on most of the islands. Anyone know of anyone else on a cruise of the caribbean and what is going to happen to them? Last time we heard there were no cases of coronavirus on board and it was business as usual (apart from not being able to dock).

They could be going home. The one I was following docked in home country and everyone disembarked.

I doubt they’ll get in anywhere but home.

"Things" got bad quite a while ago. When did their cruise depart? They made the choice to get on the ship, so they will have to deal with the consequences. They will get home eventually.

They departed about a month ago. Hopefully there'll be some news soon.

My mum is currently on day 12 of a 3 week cruise, started in the Caribbean and is now in the Mediterranean but nowhere will let them dock. So they are heading to Southampton and should arrive by Thursday lunchtime. No reports of coronavirus on her cruise as yet.

Cunard have halted their three world cruises, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria, flying all passengers home and returning the empty ships to Southampton. I would think other companies will do likewise.

I don't think they're with Cunard - I wish I could remember who they said they were with - I know there were several thousand passengers. Anyway still no word from them but I'm sure if there was anything sinister it would have made the news.

A Fred Olsen ship was returning to UK from Caribbean having been refused to dock but now passengers will be flown home on Wednesday from Cuba. Other companies like Saga will have passengers on board.

Thanks all - maybe it's that Fred Olsen one then. I expect it's hard for them to get online as everyone will be trying to get on the internet at the same time.
