Did my friends wedding just get cancelled?

Friend is due to get married on Saturday.
The announcement is advice so far not instruction? )that for the most part we will be following). We are going from work to home every evening from now on. But what about the wedding? They spent over 20k on it and I am a bridesmaid.
Is it cancelled?

Unfortunately yes it sounds like it certainly should be cancelled anyway.

It's only cancelled if the bride and groom say it is. The government have provided guidelines, nothing more.

I'd go ahead, and accept that guests will be few and far between. Literally.

The venue may cancel. In France venues were ordered to close.

They are saying on the radio that they may up measure by the weekend. I really fear this is going to go badly for them.
I know people are dying and businesses are going bust vut this is still very sad for them.
