Short of breath

I'm sure this has been answered but I've been dealing with my baby and have missed lots of bits about BJ's announcement.

For the past few hours I've been feeling breathless. I sometimes find it hard to get all my breath in, IYKWIM. However, I don't have a cough or fever.

Am I right in thinking I don't need to self-isolate if a cough or fever don't appear? Or would advice say to self-isolate just in case the breathlessness is caused by CV?

I'm not sure what to do. I'm supposed to be at work tomorrow. Sorry, I know this is probably something I should know. But I want to do the right thing.

Go to 111 on line perhaps? Rather than wait for 111 to answer.

Any breathlessness in the postpartum period needs to be checked out as it could be blood clots. Speak to 111

My baby isn't newborn so I don't think it's related to that, but thanks, Grumpy.

I did do 111 online but it just said to call my GP. I didn't want to waste people's time doing that.
