I run a baby and toddler group

I say run but it's not official, it's kind of a parent led toddler group, I'm the one that sorts it out.

Would you cancel this Fridays group considering Everything? I know little ones aren't at huge risk but they're germy little things. I'm on the fence because they're saying to avoid pubs etc but schools are still open.

Yes. Although the kids aren't at as much risk, they still carry and spread the virus. Plus, they don't come alone.

My friend works for a little company that runs baby groups. They've shut for the foreseeable future. I feel bad for the owner as she now won't have an income.

I'm in the same position. I can't square the fact that all these things are being cancelled but the toddlers older siblings are at school all day,and some of our kids go to nursery in the afternoon, and will keep going until schools and nurseries are officially closed. Seems crazy.

That's it, all of us have older kids too so it seems odd to cancel the group when kids are still at school. But I guess school is necessary and toddler groups arent

The community centre we hold our group in announced this evening that they are closing their doors. So that's our decision made for us. But we had pretty much decided we were going to cancel anyway.

I run Baby classes and I have shut up until Easter at the earliest, as have all my local competitors.
