Symptoms, just read leg cramps can be one?

I am being extra vigilant as DH has bad asthma and we have decided to isolate him as don’t know if the nhs can cope if any help is needed for him.
I am worried though as I had really surprising calf pain when I don’t exercise so it felt unexplained. I just read it can be an early symptom in this article - has anyone else had it? I wouldn’t be panicking if it wasn’t for DH as his lungs really worry me.

I mean we have already isolated as work from home but worried if I could already have it now as the leg pains really surprised me a couple of days ago when I couldn’t put them down to anything

I haven't been out since I don't know when so not been worried for myself. However I'm currently sitting here with a headache and other bodily aches which make me wonder - how I could have caught it I do not know! It's probably nothing, if I go to sleep it will be gone when I wake. Positive thinking and all that :-).
