They have stopped taking on new customers and giving priority to existing customers
Still a week till I can book my next delivery slot

We were emailed about this at the weekend, which probably encouraged me to grab a slot.
The earliest I could get was a choice of 2 slots in nine days' time.
Once out of the "10 minute queue" and onto the website everything worked well. Presumably I have a load of cookies on my laptop to help identify me to them.

I have just had an email from them cancelling my order due today (I've been a customer, with fairly large spend most weeks, for 17 years)
The message of 'no new customers' is on the website
The app is down indefinitely
(Right now I'm feeling both cross and disappointed about thus, and rather frazzled because organising an alternative will be complicated - would have been much easier yesterday)

The virtual queue has been in pace for a couple of days now and I think it works pretty wel. You have to wait but when you get online, the website is more responsive than it was a couple of days ago when it was a free for all.

AuntieStella that’s really annoying. What reason did they give for cancelling your order?
I’ve got a delivery (hopefully) at 7 tonight. I’ve just sat through the green van screen for 10 mins and it’s saying my order is being prepared. I hope so!

They'll have to cancel if the drivers are isolating etc...
We just have to hope that ours isn't, and that we can manage for a week if it is!
