I dont know about government advice, but i would self isolate same as if back from italy

So would I but I'm trying to convince someone of that by providing government guidance.

No, the government has withdrawn the guidance that required returning travellers to self isolate.

The guidance has been replaced - anyone with a new continuous cough or a fever has to self isolate for 7 days regardless of where they've been.

I returned from Italy on 9th, my quarantine is now lifted.
