Sweden has got schools open, they are taking the herd immunity approach similar to the UK (to much criticism of course!).

Surely they need to get ours closed now! All very well closing mass gatherings but schools are mass gatherings some of her primary school around her are 3 and 4 form entry so that's 90-120 children per year group 630-840 children in total plus herds of staff.

Sadly I don't have any faith that out government will deal with this anytime soon

Germany has closed all their schools now, there was a map showing which ones had closed but this was from a couple of days ago.

Indian schools are only closing in some areas. Though most of their cases, so far, have been from Italian tourists as they implemented a travel ban.

I work in two primary schools and we were preparing to close this Friday 20th but now not sure that's going to happen, aren't the government going to try and pass a law to make it illegal for us to close

the closure of schools for perhaps a few weeks, but with skeleton staff kept on to provide childcare for key workers in the NHS and police.

I live in Germany. All school and nurseries to close on Tuesday until the end of the Easter holidays 5 weeks away. All kids sporting activities closed swimming pools, cinema etc....,

In the Netherlands the schools, cafe's, restaurants and sport clubs are shut with immediate effect.
