This morning I've had a long lie and felt a bit- what's the point in getting up/ dressed. Obviously this is a very bad road to go down so as someone who suffers from anxiety and really relies on daily routine and getting out I need to put a few strategies in place to keep in good mental health. May seem obvious to some but I feel like it will be easy to fall into bad habits. Please add some more ideas...

Up at a reasonable time and all beds made/curtains open, windows open
Showered, moisturiser, dressed, teeth brushed
Exercise - you tube vids, once a day
Time in the garden everyday
Some really good books on my Kindle
Listen to lots of great music
Limit checking news to every 3 hrs or more
Phone/ whatsapp and check in with relatives, colleagues and friends.
Aim to eat 5 a day and drink loads of water.
Tidy/ declutter/clean a room a day
Do things I've been meaning to for age like make a photo book, finish my knitting.
Keep a reasonable bedtime
