Case 1 is doing nothing.
Case 2 is quarantining
Case 3 is imposing a limited lockdown, followed by 75% of the population
Case 4 is imposing a strict lockdown, followed by 7 out of 8 of the population.

We need to do AT LEAST case 3. What we are currently doing is something much closer to Case 1. The consequences of this approach in human terms is unthinkable to most of us.

We do not have to "let this burn". We can, and must, save as many lives as we can.
