and you share a small flat, toilet, kitchen etc.., but you are not unwell do you still carry on as normal until you inevitably show symptoms yourself
.

How does that individual self isolate from their family. Lock themself in a room, what about shared facilities like the toilet and bath.

Just curious how this would work if me or my DD caught it how we would manage to self isolate in our flat

My daughter is self isolating as of today with a mild fever and cough. She is 12. She is staying in her room with TV, phone etc. I'm leaving food/drink at her door and cleaning shared bathroom 2 or 3 times a day. I suspect I and her sister will still get it, I have a sore throat but no other symptoms

thank you baths3ba I hope your daughter recovers soon and that you manage to avoid catching it
