I don't know what to do

Yesterday I was sent home from work due to having a cough, this is a cough I have had for 4 weeks +, and everyone at work knows I have had a cough for ages.

I was sent home because one of my colleagues didn't feel comfortable basically.

I haven't got Coronavirus- no symptoms at all apart from a cough I have had before Coronavirus even came to the UK.

I spoke to 111 and had to go to a&e last night regarding a different matter, whom I mentioned too that I had a cough but I've had it for ages and they told me nothing to worry about it. I still doubt it a little bit because I have not had a test or anything like that.

I have been speaking to one of my friends from work via messenger, who has said the member of staff at work has said she doesn't want me coming in today. She is making face masks and hand sanitiser, and I can't help but feel she might be exaggerating a little bit, either that or messing around- which I can't afford for her to do, especially if I have to take time off work because of it.

I feel super uncomfortable and don't feel as though I can go into work. My management know I'm fine but it is still a frustrating situation.

The lady at work who is panicking has got anxiety- but as do I and her panicking is causing me to panic and doubt whether I have Coronavirus or not..

Thanks in advance!!
