Many have tested negative then tested positive.

I think he's got some kind of bug or illness at the moment, whatever that might be. On TV last night, where he was speaking wearing a blue baseball cap, he looked awful - completely washed out. He was so pale he didn't even look orange any more :)

If trump tested positive, it would crash the world markets. Trump will never test positive. If he starts to show symptoms, he will go into isolation. You will just get pre recorded statements and tweets. If he goes to hospital we will just get tweets. We may not even be told if he died. His account would still be tweeting. Trump can't catch this. It would cause too much economic damage.

If Trump does have it (and dies) you’ve got to hope that Mike Pence also disappears too. His track record doesn’t inspire you with confidence.
