I reckon around 7 months or so

Vaccines have already been developed, they're ready to start human testing by June. They're also working on a couple of antiviral drugs/combos which look promising, so it might not be as horrific as we think.
It's also possible that some countries with a lot of cases arrive at a level of herd immunity by accident.
