Birthday theatre trip for DS next weekend - not sure if I should cancel?

We have a weekend away with a hotel stay and theatre visit planned for DS birthday next weekend. Would be me, DP, DD 7, DS1 4, DS2 1 and MIL 50s and recent stroke survivor. I'm not sure if we should cancel or not? I already suffer from health anxiety so have been trying really hard not to over react to the coronavirus but I also want to try and keep us safe, especially MIL who has been told she's high risk. DP says I'm ridiculous to think about cancelling but wondered what others would do?

I definitely wouldn't go, but wait til nearer the time to cancel as it might all be locked down/cancelled anyway by next weekend and you'll get a refund or rebooking.

Same here although we would not be staying over. DS will be 11 and we've prepared him that we are likely not going to be able to go. Feel sorry for him as no celebration with friends (best friends DF is self isolating with fever and cough)... promised him we're just postponing
