It's all I ever hear, on the news, on social media.....
I just don't get it.
I'm really sick at the moment with all the symptoms, I've never felt so poorly.
Been in touch with 111 and GP. Have antibiotics.
No face to face allowed so GP couldn't say if its chest infection, laringitis or CV.
I'm self isolating and going mad!

I get they won't and can't test everyone.
There is so much media coverage, yet at the same time it seems like its no big deal if you've got it....

Anyway I'd hate for this not to be CV, and then go back to work on the front line and actually catch CV and be poorly again!!

Just want to squirrel away from the world!

Why are you taking antibiotics to treat a virus?

So I ask why start a thread about all the hype
Ask for it to be moved to the correct section and I get deleted
I reported my own post to ask for it to be moved
Dear god this place has gone to shit

Sorry to hear you are so unwell, It must be very stressful for you at the moment.

I don't think it is scaremongering but I can see why anyone in your situation is sick of being surrounded by it, it's hard enough for those of us who presently feel well.

OP its horrible that you're feeling so rubbish. I'd like them to be more transparent about the testing strategy.

But, you're ill anyway so whatever it is you can't go to work. Yes it may not be CV, but there's nothing you can do right now about that. Who prescribed you antibiotics?

Hope you get well soon.

Hope you feel better soon. I think that a lot of people actually have COVID19 but some don't feel as poorly.

As much as your sick of it, I’m glad that the only thing your sick off.

People have CV and are going through a horrible unimaginable time, and can’t even see there loved ones, I’m sure they would rather be just feeling “sick”.

Yep, I'm also in self isolation, as per government advice with a fever and cough... So can't see my family either... Thanks.

GP prescribed me antibiotics, in case it was a chest infection.
