Children sneezing

Hi,
I've read that sneezing isn't a symptom but kids can sneeze with it?
DS has sneezed a few times today after complaining about a dry throat with a throat clearing cough yesterday and today.
I have a sore throat, feel ill and warm but no sneezing?
Do we self isolate or is this not required yet?

Following with interest. I think my son has a cold so I've cancelled his playdate at another house. He has a runny nose. I've had a headache and a slight sore throat...

I think I have it. I feel fine though.

My throat had been a bit dry for the past few days. Felt a bit run down yesterday evening so took my temp and it was 38.1. It's been normal today though. I don't have a cough, but if I force myself to cough I sound congested?! I don't feel congested though. Confused

My kids have been coughing and sneezing pretty much since January, but neither of them particularly bad or needing medicine even, so I wasn't linking them to it, but maybe they caught it as well?!

My dad is very frail (heart failure and diabetes etc) and that's where my concern is.
