Coronavirus, pregnant and commuting for work

Hello,

I have tried to check on other posts but can’t find one that talks about this.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and obviously highly concerned about covid-19. I was hoping the govt would give some strong message, advising people to work from home but he didn’t. I work for a very small business and my manager just doesn’t believe this is something to worry about, goes on and on about it being “just like the flu” and won’t let us work from home.

I really don’t feel comfortable keeping on commuting via train and bus and entering a building full of people everyday (I work in a shared offices building).

Is anyone in a similar situation? Has anyone ideas on how I can address my safety concerns with a manager that basically couldn’t care less? If I wasn’t pregnant I would be walking out from this job immediately.
