Due to massive and spectacular over use of antibacterial agents in everything from soaps to cleaning wipes? The hand washing is excellent, but I keep seeing people using antibacterial products - the school is getting the kids to wash their hands in the stuff about 6 times a day, and a colleague was wiping everyone’s desk down with antibacterial spray.
I’m worried that the sudden spike in use of this stuff will kill healthy bacteria and make us all more prone to the nasty stuff which will become resistant. AIB ridiculous? I’m clearly not ridiculous to be annoyed every time I see people obsess over antibac when it’s a VIRUS 😱
