massive primary school having a cake sale total disregard for covid

Unbelievable that my local (very large) primary school wants to have a cake sale. It's bad enough they haven't even acknowledged Covid 19 yet, but can you imagine all those home made cakes made presumably by kids. This is how it all accelerated in China - they had a massive gathering of pre-new year bring your own buffet food to share with 1000s of others.

Not keen on the mass hysteria and think schools should still be open but do agree a cake sale - ie germ fest at best of times - is a terrible idea.
