Recommendations of a good and accurate thermometer?

Have had a quick search on Amazon but would welcome your recommendations.

Braun thermoscan- by far the best!

Decent ones (Braun and Omron) are out of stock, really annoying.
I need one for my chronic condition and it chose a terrible time to break, aaarrhhhgg.

Braun thermoscan is what GPs use, but seems to be out of stock everywhere

Superdrug also sell them online and supermarket pharmacies will probably have them behind the counter

Argos had them on offer with £10 off. They keep going out of stock but seem to have weekly deliveries. Make sure you reserve one and collect in store when you see them appear online

Thanks everyone. Looked at the Braun Thermoscan 3 at a more affordable £29.95 and it’s out of stock everywhere, for collection and delivery, out of stock at Amazon, Argos, Boots etc

Worth getting a Braun Thermoscan. I’ve had ours for 16 years and it’s still working. You don’t need to buy the disposable lens covers, you can wipe with an alcohol swab, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide etc.
