Yes apparently you can. But you'll build up immunity too.

I am certain I saw reports saying that people in China had got it again. Maybe on The Guardian I can't remember, but somewhere legit. I had also read that people who were originally testing negative later tested positive.

It really isn't known yet if it can be reoccurring, if it's bi-phasic, and/or if testing fuck-ups have given false negatives / false positives.

It's unfortunate, but hopefully more data will be available soon.
