Should I stay indoors now?

Bit unsure and GP surgery weren’t sure either . I’m 28, but quite overweight (BMI of 43) and have long term health issues although no respiratory . Am a carer for my mum, sister (at times) and my grandma . My grandma is quite safe at home and I’ve got daily phone contact with her, but I’m living with my mum. Her problems are all MH but does have asthma . Dsis is cared for by LA who’ve not really said much but did say they’re not sure support her if she’s told to self isolate .

Relatively rural (less than 1000 people in village) , northern Scotland .

We have enough food to last us two weeks I think, and I’ve checked my gran has enough in the house, checked she has her meds and changed her bed linen etc so she’s sort of set for a fortnight . Enough cleaning stuff to keep us going two weeks although no dettol ... I do need to pick up a prescription, and I’m meant to be seeing GP in a week (an appointment she arranged) but I’m not sure if I should go now .

Basically AIBU to think we might as well just stay in now, except for that prescription? Did dither over going in past corner shop for last minute essentials but it’s not worth it is it?
