Hi
Started using a new username as this is very outing.
Our primary school PTA very kindly used funds raised to book tickets for a trip to Harry Potter World. Two year groups have already been earlier this week and my son’s class along with another year group are going tomorrow.
I can’t believe that no other parent has brought this up, but with the growing numbers and situation with the virus, feel that this trip is now a big risk. I can imagine the school, if asked, would say that they are following government guidelines and carrying on as usual. I am in a real quandary as I really am not happy about my son going and the unnecessary risk of taking them to a tourist attraction that they don’t really need to go to. I know that they could be exposed anywhere, but surely minimising the risk would be the sensible thing to do. Would you let your child go?
