On-line grocery shopping

I've just tried to book a delivery slot for Friday. Usually have loads of choice with Asda, Sainsbury's or Tesco, but today all slots have gone until Saturday (and until Monday for Tesco)! Okay, so that sounds rather undramatic when typed out. But still, it's strange seeing huge swathes of "not available" slots.

I guess lots of people are now avoiding going into supermarkets? I avoided it for years.

It is odd to see the lack of availability.

I couldn't get an Ocado slot for when I wanted (nothing at all before the weekend, nothing workable for us before Monday) so I might need to go to the shops.

I've booked my next two slots already

Yep, same. I usually book a Monday daytime Ocado slot a few days before - tried to book it yesterday and there were none left for next Monday! Plenty on Tuesday though so I've booked that instead.
