My friend returned from a hotspot area on Thursday, he had symptoms so was tested and self isolated at home. Test came back today as negative so he's now going out as normal. Is this too soon? He still has symptoms, just assumes it's a cold. I'm at a higher risk so a little worried about him visiting us in case it's still incubating and he might test positive later.
