I am going to Australia next week. I'll be there for 3 weeks. Do you think the UK will still be letting flights in from Australia when I fly back?

Which route are you taking, Australia have banned some flight routes.

Going via Singapore.

Singapore is regarded as a moderate risk. We cancelled our Australia to Singapore trip.

There are no problems with the flights. The flights I'm taking with Singapore Airlines are fine. But if the UK is put in lockdown, do you think flights from Australia will be refused? I don't think they will be, as cases in Singapore and Australia seem to be under control. But wondered what others thought.

Can I ask how you know Singapore is a moderate risk?

We are also not entering Singapore, just getting a connecting flight to Adelaide.

I would look at Singapore Airlines BusinessTraveler site, a lot of the London to Singapore flights are cancelled so it might be the same getting back. You might only do half the journey.

Our flights going and coming back have not been cancelled.

I guess what I'm trying to say is do you think Singapore Airlines will cancel flights to London if the UK is put in lockdown? Considering that various airlines have cancelled flights to and from Italy as it's now in lockdown.

Honestly I’d say 4 weeks from now is anyone’s guess. I’d like to say it’ll be fine but there’s just no way of knowing, looking at Italy.

If you get stuck in Singapore on the way back don't worry, it's super clean, everyone speaks English and it's nice and warm 😀
