I’ve only seen one account of a young British guy, who had coronavirus in Wuhan. Are there any other accounts to read please?

I’m wondering how this will play out for 35-45 year olds, who are otherwise fit and healthy? I’ve only had proper flu once in my life and it was dreadful for a few days. DH has never had it. I’m wondering if we do catch it, will we still be able to look after our young DC... is it best to do meal prepping etc now?

There was one about a young woman who contracted it and she just thought she had a bit of jet lag.

Search for David and Sally Abel on YouTube. They are an older couple who caught it on the cruise ship. Both had pneumonia, but are now doing well. They said they didn’t even feel that ill throughout. Their age is also against them. They’re great viewing too. Really entertaining.

I also saw a bbc video of a 50 something woman from Singapore who has recovered now.

I’ve filled my freezer with healthy meals I’ve batch cooked. I‘ve also made sure I’ve got enough tins of soup, medicines and other essentials in cases I get ill. I’m a single mum so need to be prepared as nobody will be here to get things for us if I get sick! If it’s mild then that’s a bonus, but I did have flu a few years ago and really struggled to even get out of bed for a few days.
