We're due to travel to Japan in 2.5 weeks time with Qatar Airways. We're not sure what the situation is re. cancelling our tickets and so I've been trying to get in touch via their UK and Doha customer support centres. They're not answering either lines and haven't responded to twitter or facebook messages.
Does anyone work for them who can help?
