To go to Disneyland Paris or not

Due to go to Disneyland Paris in a fortnight. Just been reported that a worker has tested positive for Coronavirus but that the park will remain open. Would you still go?

I have no idea why it is still open. Has to be some financial gain for the French as large gatherings over 1000 are banned and museums closed. Pretty much everything but the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland. On the plus side though, health care is good over there should anything happen. Personally I would be torn but I don’t think I could.

A fortnight is a long time. So much can happen that the decision may be taken from you. It depends on your health and those you are travelling with. Then on return what measures are you going to take to prevent spreading it - i.e not seeing elderly relatives/those with health issues. How would you feel if you were to be stuck out there? So much to think about.

No.

we were supposed to be going in 2 weeks time - we have rung up (Magic Breaks) and changed the dates. Not so much worried about catching it - but the chance of being quarantined there in a hotel with a 3 year old and a 6 year old does NOT appeal.
