When will we find out the info for the cobra meeting please?

MP s will dissolve parliament and self isolate.

The same as they've done in North Korea, do a runner. We won't see them for dust
The sooner people realise they are o their own, the better.

We'd have distinct problems if Parliament was dissolved as there are various emergency powers that can only be executed through Parliament. They could possibly pass a swift Act delegating them, or making arrangements for MPs to be consulted remotely, but I would be worried about the longer term dangers of giving the government too much power without scrutiny by Parliament.
