What is the guidance if you become sick?

With a cough, fatigue, crusty eyes but don’t feel absolutely awful and therefore would describe yourself as having mild symptoms.
Do you just continue life as normal if you haven’t traveled to high risk countries/been in contact with someone diagnosed.
I know the chances of it being caronavirus as slim but I keep reading that most people will have mild symptoms and have no idea they have it so what do you ask to be tested or just continue normal life and hope you don’t have it?

My workplace is advising not to come in if you are sick. They have sent us home to wfh anyway.
