Teacher- do I ignore illness and go in?

I am a teacher and since yesterday I have a rattle-y chest and a cough. I've never really had chest infections or anything so don't have much of a point if reference. I'm not really achey apart from my neck and eyes (and throat from coughing). No temperature and I feel though am quite lethargic and just want to rest in bed and not talk as my voice is really weak.
Do I worry? Or is without a temperature nothing to concern myself with. Or could temperature follow? I dont want to take unnecessary time off.

Please don’t go in! That sounds bad enough to be off in normal times let alone at the moment.

I wouldn't go in. Can you call the NHS helpline and see what they say?

Phone your HT and see what they want you to do.

I think I will wait to see if get any other symptoms because it's probably just a chest infection.
yes I suppose regardless I'm not feeling great and a day or 2 to rest and recover wouldn't be a bad thing!
