They were in Italy recently near Milan for a match that was postponed.

Not much point to this other than somehow this has made me sit up and take notice.

Actually it's a good point about contact sports in general. We are being encouraged in the general population not to shake hands and keep 'social distance'.

Maybe all forms of contact sports will need to be given a temporary stop?

They could've caught it anywhere - in the hotel - out exploring. The match didn't go ahead. I just feel sorry for them. Being selected to play for your country is such a huge honour, you don't expect to contract a deadly virus doing it. Although I expect we'll all have it fairly soon. At least they're young, fit and healthy.
