Bit confused.

Main symptoms seem to be fever, dry cough and shortness of breath.
But then they say some people can be asymptomatic or have mild symptoms.

So does this mean you could have it even if you just have a bit of a tickly cough/sore throat but no fever?

Apparently so. Says some people have very mild symptoms, so probably like an ordinary cold.

In that case, how can you know if you need to self-isolate?

Roughly 20% of people don't have a fever, apparently.

You don't really know.

Makes you feel like there is no chance of containing this then!

This is what’s confusing me as you may think you just have a mild cold ? Then you won’t self isolate and could spread it
Or if you’re over cautious and think every cold is Coronavirus you could miss work when you don’t need to
