I think that is well deserved. He saved many lives and continuously risks his own life in speaking about Islamic extremism.

Other nominees pertaining to the region are Francesca Albanese, Hind Rajab, the Children of Gaza, and Daniella Weiss, all of which are a bit odd IMO.

I wouldn't fancy making myself a target the way he has. It's a pity no one listens to him.

He is extremely brave to speak out.

Surely Danielle Weiss has not been nominated for a peace prize??

In a recent interview, he mentioned that he’s been in Gaza many times during the conflict (assumingly embedded with the IDF) and the interviewer said what a massive target he was for Hamas!

Never known bravery like it tbh.

So has Trump (he's demanding he wins) and Elon Musk so it kind of makes a mockery of the institution.

Totally makes a mockery of the whole thing.

Just highlights Netanyahu's support for extremists, the prime Minister of Israel no less.

Trump is the US President, not a Hamas leader.

I bet most of the pro gazan posters we see on mn haven't even heard of him.

Someone like him should win but won't. Not many speak out against Hamas he's very brave and his inside knowledge is vital. I don't think people listen though, I bet many haven't bothered to read or listen to what he says.
